Missions Principales :

  • Gestion des appels/emails entrants (clients FastBooking) concernant une demande d’assistance sur l’intégralité des produits FastBooking.
  • Analyse et diagnostic des incidents afin d’assister le client ou d’escalader sa demande vers le service concerné
  • Résolution d’incidents de niveau 1 et 2, escalade des incidents de niveau 3 vers le service concerné.
  • Assistance à l’implémentation de l’intégralité des produits FastBooking
  • Suivi des incidents gérés ou transférés afin de tenir informé le responsable de compte et/ou directement le client de l’avancé de la requête.
  • permettre/encourager une utilisation optimale des produits de manière à contribuer à la progression du CA du client

Votre profil :

  • Vous justifiez obligatoirement d’une expérience réussie dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie (au service réservation) ou du logiciel hôtelier.
  • Vous avez déjà eu à utiliser des logiciels hôteliers (Yield / Revenue Management, logiciels de réservation).
  • Vous avez une bonne maitrise de l’anglais.
  • Vous êtes orienté résultats, énergique, proactif, curieux et avec un fort sens du service client.

  • Participer à la production des différents rapports de l’activité du département recouvrement
  • Impliquer les services concernés dans la gestion des risques et du recouvrement des impayés

Les qualifications:

  • De formation supérieure (type BTS validé)

TEST AND RELEASE QUALITY MANAGER H/F

  • Conduct tests to ensure each project outcomes – websites are ready before launch
  • Provide support in coordinating website projects from Taiwan
  • Perform Account Management task

 

Skills and Experience

  • Education
    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / IT / Project Management
  • Work Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or web designing / web development
    • Experience in account management will be an advantage
  • Personality
    • Well-organised, meticulous, able to multitask
  • Skills & Software
    • Strong presentation & communication skills
    • Knowledge in HTML/CSS/JS/PHP and WordPress
  • Languages
    • Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken and written)
    • Able to communicate in Hokkien and Cantonese is a plus
