Comment : I cannot even begin to say how much we loved our stay at Hotel Privilege. Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the Arno. The location was great...a two minute walk to Santa Croce and Vivoli (great gelato!) The breakfast selection was wonderful.
But, really, the best part of our stay was the friendliness/helpfulness of the front desk staff. They could not have been better. They worked tirelessly and always with a smile. No question we had seemed too big or too small. We hope to return to Florence and we would not consider staying anywhere else.

Comment : Leider war der versprochene Parkplatz nicht verfügbar. Aber das Hotel war total okay, vor allem auch wegen des guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnisses.

We called and asked for ticket reservations, which they got for us. They also gave advice on restuarants and other toursity things. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

Comment : The staff were very helpful and friendly. We did get a reduced rate for the hotel and it was excellent value for that rate. Room service was inexpensive and the breakfast was exceptionally generous. The location is perfect in my opinion. We had a really enjoyable short break.

Comment : I would reccomend this Hotel to anybody. 10 mins flat walking to the Ponte Veccio by the river Arno so almost impossible to get lost. Very nice staff,all speaking good English, clean & spacious rooms. Breakfast served from 7.30 with fresh cappuccinos made by a lovely girl each morning. We had to leave just after 7.00 am the day of our departure, the gentleman from reception made us coffee and breakfast himself.We have been in some 'posh' hotels in our time but very seldom been looked after so well.
