Comment : No room service after 11.30pm. Considering the price of the rooms this is a disappointment. On arrival staff had not noted our upgrafde and fruit basket request. Friendly though. Very well decorated, unbeatable views and great views from terrace and perfect location.

Comment : Très chouet hotel avec super design et situation parfaite.Parcontre le personnel n'est pas toujours très aimable et il faut toujours être méfiant à propos des prix pour les services demandés .Le personnel est souvent hotain et n'est pas toujours disponible à faire plaisir au client mais bon c'est l'Italie
