Comment : Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre très bel hôtel et ainsi pu apprécié sans soucis cette ville magnififique qu'est Florence.Notre chambre était spacieuse et de sa jolie terrasse nous avions une vue splendide.Quant à l'accueil, c'était parfait.
La décoration générale de l'hôtel nous a plu, une
décoration à la fois sobre et raffinée. De beaux salons confortables et lumineux ainsi qu'un très
bel escalier. La situation de l'hôtel était idéale.Nous
avons pu visiter le maximum de musées et églises
sans prendre de transport en commun.

Comment : My room was excellent, with a large private balcony and a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable, unlike all the other hotels I have stayed in in Italy. The staff was very helpful in obtaining museum tickets and taxis. I could not have been more pleased.

Comment : Excellent accueil, plein de gentillesse et de professionnalisme.
Une simple demande et le concièrge s'occupe de tout: réservations de restaurant, spectacle, taxis etc...
Votre voiture a besoin d'être lavée? Le lendemain matin elle est rutilante et tout est à l'avenant et les chambres sont très confortables.
Seul petit bémol, la qualité du petit déjeuner servi en chambre.
En conclusion un séjour idéal et un hôtel que nous recommandons chaudement

Comment : We really enjoyed our stay. It was excellent value. There was some initial confusion over the booking but we were given a room with a view of the River Arno which was magnificant.
