Comment : The staff was very helpful and kind. We had an extra 15%discount on payement because of the sofa bed. I Would recommend some better noise isolation.Since the appartments are in the most central place in all Florence there are a lot of people, ambulances, cars ect... crossing the road all dayand night. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT, the location, the service, cleanliness, the two ladies at the reception.They keep our luggage until 17.00 o'clock without extra cost because we had a late flight. Thank you very much.

Comment : Anfahrt trotz Navigation erschwert, da das Hotel an einer nicht öffentlich befahrbaren Strasse liegt (nur Taxi/Bus erlaubt). Keine Haltemöglichkeit unmittelbar vor dem Hotel, Gepäcktransfer erschwert.
Lage und Service des Hotels ansonsten perfekt!
