Comment : Globalement très satisfait de l'hôtel: bon accueil du personnel, toujours serviable, et hôtel bien situé dans le centre historique. Par contre il vaut mieux se munir de boules quies si on a une chambre sur la rue, car Florence est bruyante. Ne pas oublier non plus qu'en Italie il faut compter environ une étoile de moins par rapport aux standards français.
