Comment : l'isolation sonore est bonne mais si on entrouvre la fenêtre (ce qui a ete notre cas, on entend tous les bruits de la gran via). Le vendredi soir, c'est vraiment tres tres bruyant !! D'autre part, il y avait un troisieme lit pour notre fils mais au-dessus il y avait un autre lit superpose qui etait releve. Notre fils s'est cogne plusieurs fois la tete contre ce lit. C'est assez incommode.

Comment : Tout d'abord, nous avons eu un tarif préférentiel car basse saison. Ce qui est pour moi, un bon rapport Q/P, mais au prix normal, cet hôtel est très cher !
Ensuite, nous avons demandé à obtenir la chambre présentée sur le site, car nous étions 3 et que nous ne souhaitions pas dormir les uns sur les autres ...

Comment : problem with the safe when i arrived. receptionist sorted out immediate problem, but couldnt guarantee it was working again. so i couldnt use it. it's minor comment, but the safe is handy.
tiny but very annoying was that i couldnt find number for reception in hotel directory or on room phone, or anywhere in room, or on hotel website (from laptop provided by hotel, that's very useful). so i had to go downstairs to find out number for reception.
that's something that can be sorted out very easily. and could be important if you got locked in or whatever.

Comment : Room 6 was on the ground floor and noise from office and street Enyrance was is not suitable for large suitcases.
