Comment : Hotel was done as a cheap renovation. Shower leaks onto carpet causing smell. Airconditioner thermostat not working - temperature control impossible. Frige could not get cold as fridge not ventilated and doesn'yt work properly. Sound proofing internally was poor but external double glazing was good
