Comment : IL y'a beaucoup d'effort a faire côté propreté et acceuil au niveau de la reception surtout côté renseignement. Le personnel et heureusement pas tous doit faire des efforts dans l'apprentissage de l'anglais. Le personnel entretien doit verifier la poussière au niveau des chambres.
