Comment : Before this particular stay of May 14-19, I had the pleasure of staying also at Dos Castillas a few days before, May 6-10, in fact. Reception staff was so understanding, they held and kept for me two suitcases (one was a huge box, in fact) while I was away in Barcelona. Very warm, friendly, personalized service which one does not really get in the bigger hotels. Plus, the good part was this hotel offered breakfast!

Comment : The restaurant that is also part of the hotel itself did not correctly display prices for the smaller snacks like spaghetti and such. They also charged 5 eur for a sandwhich they just put on your table. If this is done in belgium, it is free

Comment : Für einen Stadtbesuch jederzeit zu empfehlendes Hotel. Schalldämpfung der Zimmer nach außen besser als nach innen. Ausgezeichnete Lage ,wenn man die Stadt erleben will. Alles in allem Note 2+.

Comment : Mauvaise isolation donc risque de bruits interieurs à l'hotel selon le voisinage et l'affluence.
chambre sur cours sombre et lugubre, propreté cours douteuse; le côté rue n'est pas mieux.
Excellent emplacement pour découvrir le centre de madrid, les musées, etc

Comment : the hotel was central yet quiet at night within walking distance of many of the sights. lots of bars restaurants in the area and quiet little squares for a coffee or a drink. good shopping as well. all in all a great hotel and superb value for money

Comment : Accueil vraiment peu aimable ni serviable, donne tout de suite l'impression de ne PAS être le bienvenu. Petit déjeuner honnête sans plus, pas beaucoup de choix. Dans l'ensemble, pour la situation et pour le prix correct pour le type de chambre, à recommander si l'on ne cherche pas la qualité de service ou d'accueil, mais simplement un lit bien placé pour dormir. Attention, les chambres à bon prix donnent sur l'escalier de secours et n'ont aucune vue (et sont a coté de l'ascenceur ). Avantage: à moins d'un incendie, la nuit sera calme...

Comment : Excellent hotel, de plus superbement situé.
Simplement un petit Hic: nous sommes arrivé à l'heure de pointe au petit déjeuner , donc plus de place, service débordé (tables pas débarrassées et manque de nourriture) ... après 1/4 d'heure tout est revenu dans l'ordre
