Comment : Personnel trés accueillant, mais hélas ne parlant pas français...
Petit-déjeuner trop cher: certes, un buffet garni et varié, mais pas mieux que dans certaines chaînes hôtelières 3* en france (2 fois moins cher) et en plus dressé sur des tables non réfrigérées; à 11h, le fromage suinte et les jus de fruits sont tièdes...
Par contre, le café était juste chaud...
La piscine est payante (10 euros la journée); à aucun moment nous ne l'avons vu sur le site de réservation.
Hôtel en bordure d'une voie à grande circulation et un peu loin du centre de Madrid.

Comment : l'hôtel est très beau et propre,les chambres sont grande et la salle de bain plutôt sympa avec la baignoire jacuzzi. le personnel est sympa et souriant.l'hotel se trouve a 10 mn a pied du métro et a 15 mn de l'aéroport (tarif 20 euros).le seul point négatif c'est le prix du petit déjeuner 15 euros par personne même pour les enfants.une cloison pour séparer les deux lits permettrait plus d'intimité dans les chambres suite

Comment : Nos gusto mucho el hotel en general,la habitacion estaba muy bien tal vez un poco cargada,pero en general estaba muy bien.
Estamos muy contentos con el servicio que recivimos.
