Comment : The only flaw at this exceptional hotel is no room service after 23:00 hrs. However, Jose Louis around the corner on Serrano is open till 1AM. The staff was the most accomodating we have encountered in years.

Comment : il à fait tres chaud dans notre chambre nous en avons informé la reception la clim ne fonctionne pas la ventilation dans la salle de bain tres bruyant
La jeune fille du petit déjeuner ne parle pas anglais elle est débordée elle n'à même pas le temps de parler aux clients
La chambre tres bien ainsi que le petit déjeuner
Je trouve seulement cet hotel impersonnel et le personnel tres robotisé
