Comment : The air conditioning didn't work so the room was very warm.
I left my flight documents in my room and the staff cleaning the room threw them away. The receptionists didn't try to help me!

Comment : Le fait que le service wifi disponible soit payant, et ce... très cher (5euros la demi-heure), nous a paru inadmissible pour ce type d'hotel en comparaison à des auberges où ce même service était gratuit.
