Comment : The people of the service (bus driver from airport, reception and others) were very kind not only in their part of the job but also to explain you how to come to madrid downtown, what were the options of transport and so on. I was extremely satisfied and gratefull for that. Chapeau!

Comment : The hotel is recommendable for people who just need an over-night stay or do have a conference there or close to it. For people who want to go to the city center without a car it is definitely the wrong choice especially on the weekend when they only offered the shuttle to pick you up from the airport but not to bring you there...

Comment : I would recommend this hotel fpr a person who needs to stay close to the airport. The shuttle was efficient. The hotel was clean. The top floor was quiet.
