Comment : the reception guy on arrival night - not welcoming, gave us no information at all, not what you expect on your arrival at a hotel.
breakfast staff, the guy in particular quite lazy and seemed to be good at looking busy.
there was no tourist information at all in the hotel

Comment : Very convenient for Milan Central Station. Clean and comfortable rooms,and facilities, if rather characterless. Breakfast poor, even by Italian standards.

Comment : richiesta camera non fumatori in cui si sentiva comunque puzza di fumo,che fosse una stanza silenziosa inizialmente ci avevano destinato una camera al 1 piano..dal momento che dà proprio sul piazzale davanti la stazione ho insistito e ottenuto una camera più silenziosa..al terzo piano...il problema dell'insonorizzazione quasi inesistente non si avverte con l'esterno tanto quanto tra una camera e l'altra.infatti si sentiva quasi tutto...per il resto ottima posizione,colazione media,abbastanza gentili alla reception.
