Comment : I was really concerned because we were next to the elevator, but we never heard any sounds from the elevator. My only complaint was that our room was on the street side and at 6 am the trolleys start up and I don't think any hotel could insulate against that. I would ask for a room away from the street.

Comment : location was very good. flying into Linate was a plus. breakfast was very good and included in the price of the room. staff on the front desk were most helpful. found a good restaurant nearby called 'al mercante' excellent food and an outside area in a very old square. free use of the internet was a plus.

Comment : El servicio estuvo sobresaliente, de verdad! Giuliana (en la recepcion) es una hoya! Tambien Antonio estuvo muy servicial en todos los sentidos. Los otros tambien muy servicial y respectuoso. Me encantaron los banos...cada detalle bien pensado. Gracias por todo! Su hotel es de los mejores!

Comment : An excellent hotel slap bang in the middle of Milan, so not surpsingly on the pricey side. Breakfast good for an Italian hotel. Staff all helpful and friendly. Sptlessly clean.

Comment : Die lage des hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Man kann alles zu Fuß sehr gut erreichen. Selbst die Anfahrt vom Flughafen malpensa mit der Bahn und der U-Bahn klappt bestens. Das personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Betten sind hervorragend. Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer mit einem kleinen Balkon und Blick über die Dächer von Mailand und auf die Madonnina. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und würden das hotel auch bei einem nächsten Mailand-Trip wieder wählen.
