Comment: Les + : qu'on est bien quand on y est ! Superbe hôtel design, grands lits, grandes chambres, terrasse, personnel charmant. Les - : piscine et espace forme sont ceux du club de sport installé dans le périmètre de l'hôtel et sont payants. Et surtout la situation, dans la lointaine zone commerciale de Crémone. Dès la sortie du parc de l'hôtel, l'environnement est lamentable !

Comment: The hotel is lovely, clean and in a pituresque setting. Overall please except for ...... It should be communicated that the recreational facility including the pool is a per person charge of 10Euros/day. I understand the requirment to show a "ticket" pass to prove I was a hotel guest but not pleased upon checking out that there was a significant charge. The front desk personel were reasonble when I informed them that no-one had made me aware of this. This is very costly when you are a a family of 5. Suggestion: a) Reduce the usage fees for families or make the fee applicable to adults only b) Clearly communicate that the recreation facility is not part of the hotel and a usage fee payment is require c) Communicate that swim caps are mandatory
