Comment: Although the hotel is in a very convenient place-just across the central Station, the reseption desk is terrible. Or at least the receptionist in charge was so rude at first. when I told him he couldn't treat me like that and that I wanted to see the manager, he wouldn't stop arguing. Somehow he decided to change ( after seeing my passport) and gave me a nice room , a big one and the internet connection for free. Taking my passport for one hour was quite unusual to me. When I asked to get my passport back on the phone, he said there was no one so I had to go down (waiting for the elevator to come for a long while) to get it back. The room was big enough but there was a constant distorbing noise coming from the generator. As for the breakfast, the service was bad. ıI had to sit at an unclean table and nobody came to clean it . I asked for tea. the tea came but no cups.

Comment: When we gave the passport for check-in, after we got the key, I think it is normal that we asked can we have the passport back, because it's an important document and we don't know we need to show it to shop or not for tax refund. The reception replied in annoying manner " Don't ask me for your passport until an hour later! I have a lots of things to do!" Actually, he can reply politely that u can have it an hour later. Conclusion: everythings fine, except reception

Comment: The hotel's location's good - Stacione Centrale's in 1 min walk only. So you have the great opportunity to catch the bus to the airport very easy. I didn't like the breakfast at all - uneatable yogurt, there was no cheese (in Italy!!!) although the bread was good. All *** stars hotels offer cheese. The curtains in my room were so dirty that I didn't risk to touch them trying to open the window. Elevator is so slow that while waiting for it you can read a few pages of the book or the front page of the newspaper. I stayed there twice but I doubt if I'll back more.

Comment: We asked for a late check out - by 30 mins and the reception staff were very unflexible with this request. Its supposed to be a 4 star but its more like a 3 star in my opinion. View from the breakfast room is quite nice also.

Comment: Location is fantastic. Breakfast room small but view is great. Reception service can be improved. Abrupt and short replies. Cannot ask more question. Stayed for 2 nights there and each time, they are ever so impatient and short with their replies.

Comment: the reception guy on arrival night - not welcoming, gave us no information at all, not what you expect on your arrival at a hotel. breakfast staff, the guy in particular quite lazy and seemed to be good at looking busy. there was no tourist information at all in the hotel
