Comment : The room we stayed in was right next to reception and so quite noisy with people checking in / out and also general queries etc. However this was the only problem we experienced and overall it was an excellent hotel in an excellent location.

Comment : Great hotel in the heart of Prague. Breakfast is not included but very cheap if you take it at the café's inside the hotel. Staff is really helpful; wonderful experience! thank you all!

Comment : il est domage que la chambre SINGAPOUR, qui mettait à disposition une kitchenette, n'ait pas proposé aussi de table afin de prendre un petit déjeuner ou de diner. nous avons dû improviser une déserte avec une commode, la réception se trouvant tout à fait démunie devant notre demande alors qu'une simple table basse, ou même une table de jardin aurait suffit . Pour le reste, déco, literie, accueil, calme, situation, ... c'était parfait.

Comment : Superbe Hôtel, bien situé dans le centre historique
de Prague, bien tenu et très propre. L'ensemble du
personnel se distingue par son professionalisme, sa courtoisie. Rien à redire et pouvez le recommander
sans aucun problème. Nous avons été particulièrement touchés par les petits cadeaux offerts pour le 31/12.
