Comment : Une équipe vraiment très accueillante, dévouée au bien être de la clientèle. De la réception aux employés d'étage en passant par les serveurs du restaurant : une équipe vraiment EXCELLENTE !!! BRAVO ! Car nous n'avons pas trouvé les habitants et commerçants de Prague très accueillants. C'était un plaisir de revenir à l'hotel en fin de journée. Rien que leur sourire à l'hôtel était déjà du bonheur. Qualité de service excellente!

Comment : Really nice hotel. Every detail designed by Italian Agency. Very friendly personel. Very clean. LCD-TV in the room. WLAN for free in the hotel lobby. High Standart. 15 min by Bus to the Center
Conclusion: We had a very pleasant time there and would love to come back!:)
