petits problêmes de maintenance: ampoule grillée non remplacée, porte de placard qui ne ferme pas, porte d'entrée difficile à ouvrir, receveur de douche peu adapté, débordement facile, reveil commandé, non effectué le jour du départ chambre 106.

Comment : la douche de la chambre double standard est vraiment trop petite pour un 3 etoiles.
nous avons payé 110 € la nuit et pour ce prix, le rapport qualité/prix est bon.

Comment : Nous savons que les prix sont eleves a Venise mais nous avons ete surpris par l'etroitesse des lieux. Salle-de-bain tres petite et peu agreable. Le petit-dejeuner est vraiment plus que basic! Rien d'un hotel de charme.

Comment : L'hotel est très beau et bien situé, le personnel est également très acceuillant cependant l'isolation sonore des chambres est très très mauvais; nous avions l'impression d'etre dans la même chambre que les vacanciers des chambres voisines.
mis à part ça, c'etait tres bien.

Comment : the room was supposed to be a triple bedrooms (2 adults and 1 child). But in fact, it was a double bedrooms with an additional small bed for my son in the middle of the room. Then, it was very difficult to walk in the room or to use the closet.

Comment : Needs a bit of upgrade 9like quality of foyer and dining area). Also sound from rain on temporary sacffolding outside bedroom was annoting and sleep depriving - no adequate sound proofing
