Comment : The staff in the hotel restaurant did seem very grumpy the entire stay, and the price was a bit to high. Just the tiny effort missing that makes us feel wanted and would make us come back again.

Comment : La chambre etait de bonne grandeur et surtout la climatisation etait excellente car i faisait tres chaud dehors. Ils ont besoin de double vitrage pour isoler du bruit de la rue. Leur site internet indique une terrasse pour le petit dejeuner ce qui n'est pas totalement vrai car des chambres occupees donnent sur la terrasse et le petit dejeuner se prend donc en bas au restaurant.

Comment : Votre personnel au petit déjeuner est totalement incompétent, mal formé et avec des attitudes qui donne envie de quitter l'hotel : elles parlent fort entre elles, trainent les pieds sur le sol comme si leur métier était une corvée. Vous devriez les changer.

Comment : WE HAD A GREAT STAY THANKYOU. WE DID HAVE A FEW PROBLEMS FINDING THE HOTEL. THE MAP WE RECIEVED WAS HARD TO UNDERSTAND BUT THAT WAS THE ONLY PROBLEM

Comment : Excellent location, although with the directions on the hotel website - it still took us a while to find! Room was great, bathroom excellent and huge! We were on 1st floor looking over a main walkway, so had a small amount of noise from that, but nothing that would have kept us awake. Receptionist were not that friendly, although it was the hight of tourist season, so they were probably getting a bit sick of the crowds by then! Could find no info on room service although the hotel did have a restaurant/bard downstairs.
