Comment : au rez-de-chaussée il y a des odeurs désagréables !
Ayant une enfant malade nous avons demandé de garder la chambre jusqu'à 17H au lieu des 14H prévue et nous avons du payer 100€ de plus alors que nous avions une facture globale de plus de 1500€. Ce n'était pas très commercial !

Comment : This hotel is a real little gem. It is one of the best value for money hotels in Venice. I hope this does not mean it will get too popular. Look forward to my next stay at the hotel.

Comment : Aucun problème . L'hotel était proche de la gare Santa Lucia et de la place Roma d'où part la navette des croisières Costa .Très pratique !
De plus le personnel est très sympa .

Comment : Chambre spacieuse, agréable (nous avions la plus grande de l'étage)mais salle de bain moins fonctionnelle. Seul reproche la salle du petit déjeuner beaucoup trop petite ce qui occasionnait tous les matins de l'attente.
