Comment : Nice hotel in residential part of Venezia. Small family hotel. Stg. to complaint - owners has a dog, OK. But seeing a dog at kitchen, where owners prepare breakfast for us, that is stg. I definitely do not like.

Comment : L'éloignement de l'hôtel au centre ville peut le rendre attractif pour ceux qui recherchent avant tout le calme et l'authenticité du quartier de dorsoduro.
L'accueil a malheureusement été très inégal selon les membres de l'équipe de service. il s'agit d'un gros point faible de l'hôtel selon moi.

Comment : This is an excellent hotel. The hotel seems recently renovated and is in top condition. It is small, making it very cosy. The service was very kind, help-full and friendly. The rooms are spotless clean. We liked a lot the floor-heated bathroom as well the beautiful decorated room (we visited in winter time). Absolute recommended.

Comment : Beautiful newly renovated hotel in one of the few quiet out-of-the way areas on the island in Venice. Easy walking distance to the Grand Canal, shopping, etc. Fabulous room. All sorts of small decorations that make the rooms truly charming. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast is good if you show up early, but if you wait until half-an-hour before closing, there isn't much left. A very good hotel for the money in Venice.
