It´s situated in Venetian Lido, the island which divides the Sea (on which the Hotel overlooks) from the Lagoon. Beyond this, it´s only 15 minutes by boat far from Piazza San Marco, the Center of Venice and 1 minute by walk far from the ´Mostra Internazionale del Cinema di Venezia´! Rooms The Hotel has 30 double rooms and 22 of these have a fantastic view of the Excelsior Beach and the Sea and 1 single rooms; 2 rooms have disable facilities. All rooms are provided of bathroom hairdryer, air conditioning, heating plant, strongbox, 26´ LCD TV with PPV, telephone. Facilities All Hotel´s zones are provided of air conditioning and heating plant and the bar is opened 24h. There are 2 elevators and a large solarium on the terrace furnished with murphy bed, parasol and bar. Directs access to Hotel´s beach, buffet-breakfast. All tax and services are included.
