Comment: No me llegaría este espacio para definir el "hotel 4*" donde nos alojamos. Empezando por la habitación en la que faltaba la caja fuerte, el baño era del siglo pasado y diminuto, la moqueta vivió tiempos mejores, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear y la insonorización no existía. No había un sólo ordenador de consulta en todo el hotel. El desayuno era una porquería, pan reseso o directamente no había, sin fruta, no había ningún plato caliente, sin ninguna variedad, el aire acondicionado, durante los 15 días en los que estuvimos alojados, goteaba en el comedor donde no entraban más de veinte personas. El personal... digamos que ni bien ni mal. En resumen, ruinoso, no se lo recomendaría a nadie. Lo único bueno era la ubicación.

Comment: We stayed 6 nights in a suite which was very roomy. The service and breakfast were great. The exercise machines needed to be repaired, though.

Comment: generally a positive experience. one suggestion was however to check the light fixtures - there seemed to be quite a few bulbs that were burnt out. also, the rugs should probably be replaced at some point, they were quite worn out.
