Comment: nous avons été surpris de ne pas trouver de vaisselle,alors que nous avions une kitchenette. Ce n'était pas mentionné dans l'offre, (le noter svp),mais ce ne fut pas un probléme, le personnel avait la solution.Merci à eux.Séjour parfait à tt points de vue. Petite remarque le pommeau de la chambre 311 est un peu entartré...

Comment: Dommage qu'il manquait du liquide vaisselle et une éponge puisque la chambre contient une kitchenet! puis le lendemain à notre retour, la chambre était bien rangée et "propre" sauf les toilettes et cela est regrettable vu la qualité de l'hotel et de ses services!

Comment: l'accueil de jour n'était pas très avenant, contrairement, au soir, qui était extrêment sympathique. Une chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et propre.Un excellent petit déjeuner avec un accueil chaleureux.

Comment: For 65euro/night in a location 3min. walk from the metro line and directly across from the EU Commission (Berlaymont), I would say this hotel is fantastic. Others have commented on the beds being too hard, but mine was really soft and I had a great sleep. The staff was kind and hospitable, and also let me check out later than is the norm (and I'm very thankful for that). I will definitely stay there again and would very much recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Brussels since the hotel is close by to a main metro line that will take you directly to the center of the city (Grand Place, Gare Central, etc.)

Comment: My biggest complaint was the very old bed and mattress which I had to put on the floor to get a more comfortable rest. Also the heat was turned on very high and there was no way to regulate it.

Comment: The strongest advantage to your hotel is its location and its "flat" format, which I like very much. The biggest problem was the mattress -- it seems old or poor quality, rather like sleeping on a trampoline. The second biggest problem was lack of availability of Internet (and the large cost of it if it were available -- you are much higher than other hotels). The third problem was that your night clerk did not understand English but kept insisting that he did -- no matter what I tried to ask him, he kept thinking I wanted a wakeup call! But your good qualities are appealing also, so I don't want this to be entirely negative.
