Comment: Would like to be able to print our boarding passes. Business center was not accessible, nor was there a printer in the lobby. Bed sheets are a bit scratchy. Air conditioning did not cool off enough most of the time.

Comment: Hotel 71's lobby computer is NOT secure. Got a terrible virus. I would suggest getting this fixed and putting in security so your guests and any (!)information they're sending is secure. Also the hotel should have complimentary b-fast (minimal items) given price of hotel rooms

Comment: use better toilet paper, remove the black mold in th shower is was kind off gross and an extra towel would hurt.

Comment: Excellent stay in the old city. Staff friendly and useful. Nice view on the river. Room clean and comfortable, with hardwood floors (nice if you suffer from allergies to dirty carpets). Room was a bit noisy due to location near a loud (exit?) door. Also, kids trampling in the room above at 6am was a bit annoying. Would stay again, but probably request room on last floor away from doors.

Comment: Wonderful place. Only one suggestion: towel racks or more hooks in the bathroom. There was no place to put wet towels -- particularly the hand towels. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Comment: They were all great during our stay. Especially given that we arrived on a motorcycle. The valet even walked with me as I rode the motorcycle to the garage to be sure I got there OK and got a covered parking space. And the free coffee, tea, etc was a welcome addition to our stay. I, I mean we, could not have asked for better service and/or location for our first visit to Quebec City. We will ABSOLUTELY be back to visit the city and Hotel 71 in the future.
