Comment: Lors de mon arrivée, la chambre 11 sentait tellement la cigarette, c'était insupportable ! J'ai voulu changer de chambre, je n'ai pas pu. J'ai done eu de la réceptionniste une bombe de parfum pour parfumer l'air ambiant, c'était encore pire, c'était mi-cigarette, mi-parfum floral ! Ensuite, l'ampoule de ma table de chevet était cassée, j'ai du demander à la réceptioniste de me la changer. On ne peut absolument pas dormir dans cet hôtel tellement c'est bruyant, un vrai cauchemar ..... Je ne lerecommande à personne. Au moins un gest commercial n'aurait pas été de trop dans ma situation...

Comment: The staff at Hotel St Gervais were very welcoming and helpful. The location was off the main roads and not the easiest to find, but less than 5 minutes from the train station, so who can complain!The rooms were not large, but seemed fine for the inexpensive price compared to other hotels. Everything was clean. The breakfast is pretty insignificant - bread, a croissant, coffee/tea and juice. Maybe that is typical in the French part of Switzerland, I don't know.
