Comment: hotel is expensive like all hotels in Montraux. however it is listed as 5 star. well it isn't. it is max a 4 star hotel. for the money you pay you can expect more. for example: staff don't treat you personally. the parking costs and extra 25 CHf. pool is rather small and cold

Comment: I only mark down the cleanliness because there was a lingering smell of cigarrette smoke. Room service was variable - excellent meal and service the first time we ordered, food and service not so good the second time (but that was New Year's Eve so maybe the kitchen was stressed). Otherwise the comfort, situation and staff made for an exceptional holiday.
