Comment: No taxi was willing to go to the hotel from station so I called up the hotel on phone which was answered by a man claiming to be the Manager. Instead of asking us to take a tram he asked us to walk but was horrible in giving the directions (though it was very simple actually). Towing luggage in zero degree temperature on the very first day of landing in Switzerland with unclear directions was tough. Otherwise hotel was good.

Comment: Service at check in was exceptional. All staff were very friendly and helpful. One of my better hotel experiences. Top marks without a doubt.
