Comment: le room sercive est à améliorer très franchement!! se faire réveilller 4 fois par la femme de chambre pour faire la chambre et le room service qui ne peut pas nous servir car il sont déjà partis et ce sans meme en informer la reception !!!!

Comment: Décevant dêtre facturé 6€ une bouteille d'evian de 33cl après le check out. je pensais qu'elle faisait partie des produits d'accueil, comme ds nombreux hôtels de votre standing. Le temps que vous perdez à facturé ces 6€ vous coutent plus cher que le revenu que cela génère!

Comment: For a suite we found the room to be small but it was clean and nice. The shower was nice but ran hot and cold at times. The ice machines on most floors did not work. Staff were friendly and helpful
