Comment: food rubbish. no amenities such as toothpaste, or comb in a 5 star hotel. room service slow. poor service, some of the waiters very rude and no idea about customer service at all.

Comment: You need to pay when you check in all in advance but this is normal for Cuba. It is best to pay in Cash. Bring EUR and convert to CUC. Amazing hotel. Went for our Honeymoon and they treated us royally. Very clean, amazing food (for Cuba) and our only problem is we were so full after 3 days we started skipping lunch. Evening sit down resturaunts are good, japanese is great. No complaints at all. Would recommend to anyone and go again.
