It is the ideal spot for nature lovers, it is renowned for a stunning 21 metre waterfall and is home to Cuba´s largest orchid farm. Soroa is often called the Rainbow of Cuba because at certain hours, it is possible to observe a small Rainbow at the waterfall as the sunlight defuses through the mist. The river waters have mineral and medicinal properties and their temperature is low.
