Our a la carte restaurant Vapor is probably the quietest corner of the Bellevue hotel. It isn’t quite for no reason though, it is because our experienced chef leaves every guest speechless by preparing rare and unusual succulent specialties. His reputation of being the most diverse chef in Dubrovnik is confirmed by pleasing the guests’ most refined palates.
