| Hotel description |
|
| There was a time when the telegraph building was a central spot in the capitals around the world. The architecture was impressive, reflecting the importance of the new and sensational telecommunication technology of those days. The telegraph was a natural meeting place where telephone calls and telegrams were dispatched manually by special service staff. Tallinn’s former telegraph building, built in 1878, has now been carefully restored and transformed to the unique and luxurious Hotel Telegraaf. We have preserved and developed the most important features from the telegraph era and we have added the amenities of a 21st century luxury hotel. |
