Comment: Excelent acceuil excepté au club (piscine) ou l'on vous acceuil le plus froidement, il est certain que nous ne sommes pas des "habitués" mais cette difference se fait trop sentir , ce qui est dommage, par contre , l'acceuil au petit dejeuner a été superbe, a l'ecoute, gentil, serviable ..

Comment: Il manque a cet hôtel un peu de chaleur humaine, le personnel privilégie l'organisation des événements ou sont convies les invites de l'extérieur que les clients de l'hôtel. Ce n'est pas grave il existe beaucoup d'autres endroits agréables a monaco

Comment: Menu limited. Not enough options for vegetarians. Concierge was "average" and generally not helpful. The hotel was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The view was fantastic.
