Comment: 1- Chambre louée non faite 2- Petit déjeuner à 8 h au lieu de 7 h comme annoncé 3- Taxi réservé par l'hôtel non conforme : Pas de signalétique extérieur, pas de compteur, 35 € au lieu de 15, 50 € la veille ???

Comment: As usual the receptionist was not very welcoming, barely looks at us when we talk to him and tends to be very unhelpful on average. Why bother having him, we'd rather have a machine instead.

Comment: The receptionist was unfriendly and not welcoming. The rooms are said to be non-smoking, however our room had a bad smell of cigarette. The web site where I booked the hotel said that the car park was free. Of course this wasn't the case when we got there. Also it's pretty bad that check-out is at 10AM when check-in is only at 2PM. Overall not a hotel I would recommend as there is a better one not far from this one, and which is cheaper.

Comment: l'hotel est neuf, mais enrouré de gravats et dechets. Acces difficile (sens unique compliquée). La premiere chambre ne pouvant etre ouverte par la clef donnée, j'ai changé de chambre, mais sans probleme.

Comment: durant notre séjour de 4 nuits, le ménage n'a pas toujours été fait, j'ai du changer les draps moi-même!! La chambre était petite, rien à voir avec la photo sur le site. Difficulté de se garer, pas de parking privée. L'heure de départ (11h) est tôt comparé à d'autres hôtels (12h).

Comment: Woman who checked us in was less than helpful and quite dismissive of our attempts to find the hotel carpark we had booked. Another young woman Ashante who was on in the evening was fabulous and exceptionally helpful and assisted in finding the carpark, places to eat, info on wifi etc. The man who checked us out was quite pleasant.
