Comment: we arrived late and the door was locked.we had to wait in the rain.later on we found out that a code was sent to me by mail but we were already travelling.

Comment: Very good hotel for all kind of people! Only the toaster in the diningroom was terrible: the toast didn't come out itself, so there was a smell of black toast in the breakfastroom in Basel. Please replace a.s.a.p.
