Comment: I wish I had gotten a welcoming email before my arrival. Most US hotels do that to reconfirm your arrival. I made my reservation in March for August and things could have changed with the location. I called the penision they were very nice. This location is right outside of the Jardan du Luxemberg and the smell from the garden was so inviting and relaxing. Bus stop and Metro stops nearby.

Comment: There was a strange sort of sewage pump in our bathroom. We left the windows open to try to combat the smell. Apart from that, it was excellent -- great location, convenient, view of the Eiffel Tower from the window.

Comment: La camera era molto piccola e la pavimentazione emanava puzza di muffa, che scompariva aprendo la finestra della stanza. Per lo standard del turista Italiano medio la camera non sarebbe male, ottimo per studenti che pensano di utilizzare l'hotel come base per visitare la città. Accoglienza ottima e molto disponibili

Comment: Ils manquent à la réception un présentoir avec les activités proposées sur le moment, comme on en trouve dans les hôtels standards. Par contre, le réceptionniste s'informe volontiers sur le web, lorsque nous avons des questions spécifiques. C'est un service appréciable, lorsque le Wifi est payant.

Comment: accueil très cordial ; la chambre n'est pas très grande mais très agréable. Le seul point négatif, ce serait la douche. Honnêtement, il ne faut pas être très gros pour y accéder, même en rentrant dedans sur le côté. A part ce détail, c'est très positif.

Comment: This hotel is not really hotel more a hostal. It depends what people expect when they are travelling. If they expect a hotel then this is not what they want. We had a beautiful view on the Eiffel tower but the room as such was a bit smelly because there was no window in the bathroom. We would go there again but we are easy with accommodation.

Comment: It should be made clear that this is a 'pension' and not an hotel. As such it is excellent but it does not have the facilities of a hotel eg: shared toilet facilities although there is a shower and hand basin in the room.

Comment: The location is great for the Latin Quarter and the metro lines. It is also very safe and in a very nice area of Paris. Although it is pretty basic, it is clean, safe, and perfect as a base if you are not going to spend a lot of time there. We also had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room! I would definitely recommend it!

Comment: Hotel is located very well, as it is circumstanced close to the city center and bordered on the Jardin Luxembourg. The jogging sessions in the Jardin Luxembourg, and the walk to the city center were a perfect start of each day. The room is small, but cozy. The rooms have a little balcony, no fridge, noisy neighbors, and nice ornaments on the ceiling. Conclusion: great/good value for money, perfect for a three day trip for students/ starters. Parking for three days at a Vinci Paring at Blvrd Montparnasse or Saint Sulpice is very comfortable (€54,- for three days). See in the neighborhood further Cafe Rotonde at Boulevard du Montparnasse (sophisticated interior and nice, traditional service), top floor bar at the Montparnasse tower for an incredible city view and the church Saint Sulpice.
