Comment: lovely staff. The most comfy bed I have ever slept in. complimentary upgrade to the Rotunda room on arrival. Excellent hotel.

Comment: Hotel antiguo con un desayuno bueno y el trato excelente. Sólo una recepcionista del hotel hablaba español con el resto te debías de entender en francés, ingles o italiano con algunos. Curioso el ascensor, sin remodelar desde que se instalo la cabina.

Comment: Beautiful hotel full of charm. Our room was very spacious and beautifully furnished. Location is not perfect, but is within easy walking distance of all the attractions in Cannes. There is a lack of other hotel facilities, but the free bar in the evening more than makes up for it.

Comment: I found the hotel uniquely friendly and generous in its hospitality. I was not charged for little extras which is unheard of these days in any hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and the location was served excellently by buses and taxis. The hotel itself has great character too. I couldn't have been happier.

Comment: Nous avons l'habitude de fréquenter les hôtels, mais c'est la première fois que nous avons rencontré un personnel aussi disponible, compétent et faisant tout pour rendre le séjour agréable au client. Une adresse unique et rare.

Comment: We had a very nice welcome on arrival (excellent service) and received the room with higher standard then booked (at the same price)- very nice surprise!. Room was very nice with a great view (room 440). The only minus - for ****- somebody should work on the cleanes of bathrooms. Breakfast - not extraordinary but fresh and with big choice of good teas. The staff was very friendly and helpful - as I arrived late, I did not manage to get the restaurant. The receptionist found out the restaurant for us, and booked the table (almost 11pm)- good choice. I would definetelly recommend the hotel and I might stay with when I return the next time.
