Comment: The rooms we booked were not correct and had to be made up on our arrival to accommodate our party.However the staff and management were very apologetic and suitably compensated us with free breakfast for our stay.

Comment: Chambre trop chaude et clim en panne. Choix de chaines télé très limité (chaines hertzienne et meme pas de la TNT), tout ca pour pousser le client à payer pour avoir d'autres services (autres chaines, internet)

Comment: Travelled with another family. We each had a room to accommodate 2 adults, 2 children. Pullout sofa poor quality. Chair in room sank. Airconditioning unacceptable, it must only allow the room to go to the lowest of 80 degrees. We had to open the windows but it was still hot. Rooms were outdated. The front desk staff (all of them) were the best! They were very friendly and extremely helpful. And you a very fortunate to have them.
