Comment: We were late checking in and at 5pm we entered our room and it had not been made. There were dirty sheets and towels everwhere, with three young kids this was very annoying, the manager was very helpful and had the room cleaned immediately. You still have to ask why they would give you a key to walk in to a dirty room. First impressions in this case affected our stay... Shame

Comment: Good basic functional accomodation but much too far from the centre of Antibes(it appeared to be used also as a student residence) with a very irregular bus service which stopped at 8pm.not really suitable for holiday without a car. Air conditioning was not operating and we were told by reception staff that it was finished. Too expensive for what it was.
