Comment: There was no way to control the heat to go under 19- which was too warm and uncomfortable for us to sleep in. We therefore had to open the window to a rather noisy side street. Being we were right above/next to the entrance of the hotel, extra noise of the doors opening (loud in that room), people talking outside the door, and also smoking (which went right into our window) made for a not-so-pleasant experience.

Comment: We stayed first 5 days in this hotel and then we went to India. Since we were coming back after two weeks, we left a small bag with stuff we did not need in India. At our return our bag had been opened and a box of chocolates was missing. The person at the front desk did not do his job and left the bag in storage without any reference. So they considered that the bag was "abandoned" and opened it by breaking the lock and somehow this box was missing. The Manager did not want to take responsibility and after some heated discussion she replaced the box of chocolates. You certainly cannot trust this hotel.

Comment: Accueil trés correct durant le séjour, mais plus du tout le même le dernier jour au départ (Froid et limite désagreable). Ne donne pas envie d'y retourner. Attention : Depart de la chambre le matin non à 12h mais à 11h. Heureusement une bonne reduction sur le prix de l'hotel via ce site.

Comment: Bien situé, chambres très hestétiques, mais la TV à écran plat ne captait aucune chaine, l'hôtel est très bruyant, et on se fait mettre à la porte manu militari à 11h. Malgré le "do not disturb", les femmes de ménage essaient d'ouvrir la porte toutes les demi heures de 8h du matin à midi.

Comment: Many comments suggested this hotel was still being finished. As of Sept '10 I found it fantastic, location was good, rooms were spotless and very fresh and clean. Staff were very helpful. For the price I thought is was fantastic. Paid almost double a few blocks away a different time but was happier here. Def very happy with the brand new decor and rooms and bahrooms.

Comment: Le pétit déjeuner fût très pauvre. Les chambres sont petites à moins de prendre ue suite junior qui elle aussi n'est pas très grande.Quelques chaines TV médiocres et pas de chaines allemandes.

Comment: Les plus : emplacement, déco, on sent que la rénovation est récente. Les moins : taille des chambres, des couloirs, de l'ascenseur,... Cet hôtel fait partie de ceux dont les photos séduisent, mais dont la réalité a tendance à diverger ! Toutefois, je le conseille pour des courts séjours ou pour des voyageurs qui n'éprouvent pas le besoin de disposer d'un grand nombre de services. L'essentiel est là : déco de goût mais minimaliste, propreté, materiaux récents, accueil.
