L’Auberge du Cheval Blanc is an ancient Relay of Post from the XVIIIème century entirely remodelled in 2008. It is now a charming 3 stars Inn. By renewing the place we determinedly chose a contemporary style, always keeping in mind the touch of Charm and Romanticism which we expect to find behind the walls of an authentic “Auberge”of the 18th century. The vocation of the “Auberge du Cheval Blanc” have always been the rest and the restoration of the traveller. For a long time the business men and the travellers encounter themselves there to take a snatch, to exchange ideas and ´secrets´, before arriving to Paris or just by leaving the capital. Tradition is totally maintained, the discretion is the rule in our place. In the cosy comfort of one of 21 rooms totally renewed, recover of a day of work or tourism, savour the Charm of the place and seize the opportunity to discover French traditional taste at Marc Labourel´s table or even, try an escapade in Italy at the table of Lilo ; the place shelters 2 restaurants and a bar where it will be possible for you (and advised) to relax. Managing the Traditional Restaurant, our “Chef” Marc LABOUREL puts his imagination, his talent (unanimously recognized) and his inspiration at the service of traditions and taste in a modern invitation to revisit our soils. Our “Livre d’Or” is red of confusion due to all this greetings. You can also seize the opportunity of an escapade to Italy; at the Etna, our Italian Brasserie, it is Lilo, our Sicilian Chief, who transforms the place into a corner of Italy in the middle of French Countryside. Standing in a very old village, in the heart of the Seine and Marne, this charming location is however close to all, thanks to its location in Marne the Valley agglomeration and its proximity with the RER; get to the shopping centre of Valley of Europe, the amusement park of Disneyland Paris, the castle of Guermantes, the golf courses and horse centres of the Seine and Marne.

The “Auberge du Cheval Blanc”, in the pretty small village of Jossigny in the Seine & Marne, at the doors of Paris, is a small corner of soil whose authenticity is hardly defended by its chief, Marc LABOUREL, Garde and Provost of the Guild of the Cheesemongers, and for a long time Chef of the famous Androuët restaurant in Paris. In a decoration pointing out a large family country house, Marc Labourel proposes an authentic and passionate “cuisine”, using the best products of our regions.
