Comment: After 2 days, did I get problems with my back and wanted to leave the hotel. Had booked for 4 nights. Had to pay a penelty of more than 1200 euros for leaving 2 days earlyer. The rools are made by the hotel, and are not the best way to promote the hotel for future guests.

Comment: The hotel bedroom was the smallest we have stayed in for a 4* Hotel anywhere in the world. Therefore, we feel although the hotel itself was beautiful and the location just what we wanted, the size of the room let it down so it was not in our opinion value for money. We could not have stayed more than one night in such a small room.

Comment: Very expensive for what they offer.Garden room very small and size of bed insufficient for two persons.On the other hand the superior room was far too expensive.Furthermore the SPA is a joke they should improve it or not offer it at all. The food at the restaurant by the pool is over priced and nothing special.Service is very good on the other hand but overall far too expensive the de luxe rooms (750 euros without breakfast!)

Comment: Beautiful location and nicely decorated rooms (Orangerie rooms need carpet or area rugs). Con= Dining: Limited options for dining experiences, Stuffy environment, over-priced menu, limited selection, food is average quality. Also rooms are very poorly insulated, neighbors can be heard having normal tone conversation.

Comment: Lieu privilégié de vilégiature malgré la proximité de la voie ferrée. Très bel hotel. Restaurant du niveau d'un restaurant étoilé. Personnel charmant.
