Comment: We were given a room without a bath, but on enquiry were quickly showed 2 alternative rooms and moved without fuss. Staff were very helpful all during the week to make dinner reservations etc. Room 109 got quite a bit of street noise, but mostly caused by roadworks outside of the hotel's control

Comment: La chambre était mal proportionnée (salle de bain et toilettes étroites) alors que sa taille aurait permis de les rendre plus confortables. Par ailleurs, de nombreuses tâches sur les murs ne donnent pas une bonne impression. Qualité de la literie bonne. ménage bien fait. Hélas, la tenace odeur de tabac dans la chambre nous a accompagnée pendant tout le séjour. Qualité du petit déjeuner médiocre compte-tenu du prix. De plus, il manque toujours quelque chose. En résumé, le confort d'un trois étoiles pour le prix d'un quatre étoiles. C'est dommage dans ce beau cadre. Notre critique est d'autant plus vive que nous sommes allés ensuite dans un quatre étoiles de charme à Moulins où nous avons pu apprécier la différence pour un prix plus modique. Des petites attention dans la chambre: une bouilloire, du thé et café, wifi, chaîne tv en anglais, etc. La direction de l'hôtel a du travail à faire pour offrir des prestations en accord avec le cadre et le prix.

Comment: Hotel installé dans un cadre remarquable. Mélange De XVII° siècle et de contemporain très réussi. Personnel trop limité pour un 4*, par contre prix avantageux lors de réservation anticipée. Offre très valable.

Comment: Obwohl im März gebucht konnte ich nicht wie vorbestellt ein Zimmer im Altteil des Hauses bekommen, sondern im Untergeschoss des neuen Hauses hinter den Fitness- Geräten. Nach reklamation wurde plötzlich ein Zimmer im 2. Stock (Neubau) angeboten mit der Aussicht auf Wechsel in den Altteil während der Woche, was nicht stattfand. Das Badezimmer war an allen Fugen von Schimmel dicht bedeckt, welchen man halbherzig mit Silikon übertünchte, nachdem wir reklamierten. Bademäntel wurden uns nach 2 Tagen einer und nach 3 Tagen der zweite gegeben, obwohl wir täglich darum baten. Die Schreibtischlampe hatte keine Glühbirne, die Haare des Vormieters waren in der Wanne und am Boden..... ich könnte so weitererzählen, aber wir haben es überstanden: das Superiorzimmer mit respektablem Preis hatte nicht mehr als 2-Stwernwert.

Comment: This is a lovely hotel and the room we stayed in was excellent. The bathroom was on the lower level and the bedroon on the top level. The bathroom was satisfactory although not very big. The view from the room was great and as the weather was warm the room was fairly cool, although a more efficient air conditioning unit would have been preferable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a meal in the restaurant which again we thought was very good. An great hotel in an excellent location.

Comment: what can i say? the hotel was beautiful - an incredible building. the staff were superb and we stayed in the hotel in the evening for dinner which was delicious. we plan to return to avignon to spend more time looking round and would certainly use this hotel again.

Comment: Bel edifice, calme, service excellent et DISCRET. Agencement de chambre pratique. Decoration moderne tres agreable. Restaurant excellent aussi. Bruit le matin lors du ménage, meubles tires sur le sol (carrelage = materiau sonore!). 1ampoule grillee lampe du bureau.
