Comment: Le personnel est très serviable et gentil, les femmes de chambre sont charmantes et polies et le service excellent. De plus, la situation géographique est idéale proche du centre, de beaucoup de musées et de commerçants de qualité.Hôtel calme et bien chauffé et parfaitement aux normes.

Comment: This hotel is very nice with great staff. I have stayed there twice already. Everyone is friendly and the environment feels very safe. However, a new carpet and fresh paint in the staircase and hallways would make a big differences. It would not only brighten the area but also enhance the appearane of the hotel and desire to stay again. This is minor but this box asks for suggestions. That's all I thought about walking up and down the stairs: new carpet and fresh paint. The room was great, breakfast was great and all of the staff were excellent. To me, overall, this is a great hotel to stay at in Paris.
