Comment: The conceirge was so helpful providing us with local informaiton to make our trip most enjoyable. Would like to see options ot have movie channels or more english channels that were not the news

Comment: The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Jose from Sevilla. It is possible to buy your own food and eat it in the hotel courtyard where there are a couple of tables and chairs.

Comment: I would suggest a few things - water available to buy, coffee and tea available in the rooms or in the lobby all day and night, pens in the rooms. I also thought it was strange that they always wanted my key when I left the hotel.

Comment: Would have been nice to have some basics like a safe in the room, an iron and sewing kit. Overall a great stay and I'd stay again, but expect not to have a safe or iron (did get a sewing kit from reception)

Comment: Réservoir de chasse d'eau cassé,machine à repasser les pantalons en panne, pas de fil et pas d'aiguilles à la réception . Chambre très petite mais confortable. Le prix normal de la chambre me paraît trop élevé par rapport à la dimension de la chambre, un vrai single avec un lit à 1 place .
