Comment: ascenceur en refection ,non utilisable,non signalé àla réservation , non signalé à l'arrivée !plusieurs jours ; l'escalier est raide avec des chambres jusqu'au 5 è étage ! chambres refaites ne sont pas au tarif mentionné(25 euro plus chères)

Comment: the hotel garden saint martin where i stayed was not as advertised the room was dirty and the shower cubicle was only big enought for a small child not a adult if you have a hotel inspector i would advise you to go and have a look at room 21 this hotel reflects badly and i must admit i will be more careful which company i will be using for future trips to paris.

Comment: ideal for 1 person or one person with child if you mainly want to discover Paris. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day and the location near the metro station Republique is exactly that what I needed. The rooms with windows in direction street are loud, the douches are a little bit small for big persons but I do not care about such things.

Comment: The hotel is about what one would expect for the price, and although the soundproofing between rooms was poor, our rooms were off the road, we had quiet neighbours and we had a quiet night. The sheets and bed were clean, and the main surfaces in the bathroom were clean. However the decoration was generally looking shabby, and there was mould on the shower trims and some dirty areas around the toilet. Payment was requested in advance which bought home to me the sort of clientele that they expected.

Comment: En gros bon emplacement, les chambres ont besoin d'un coup de neuf (équipements, tv, accessoires, moquettes). Sinon dans l'ensemble le rapport qualité-prix est assez satisfaisant.

Comment: We were more than satisfied. The major thing is obviously the value for money. For 55e. per night you can't expect much, but we got more than enough. Location is awesome, cca. 4 minutes from Republique where are crossing many metro links. Personnel was really kind, no problem with english. Room was cleaned and sheet changed every day. We had cute little balcony with unexpected view on Sacre-cour :) !! Room was really small but it didn't matter for us at all. I would reccomend this hotel for young couples who came to Paris for sightseeing and not for lying in the hotel room. My general rating of Hotel Garden Saint Martin is EXCELLENT ! I can't say even one bad word. Thank you very much for pleasant staying. Jan & Zuzana :)

Comment: Ideal location near metro line, fantastic bakery and pattesserie on the corner. Staff very nice and helpful. Room a little small with dated slightly shabby decor but warm and cosy, would be a lovely room in warmer weather as situated adjacent to the patio area. Maybe slight better directions form metro line as we went round in circles for a little while!! Over all perfectly adequate hotel for a short break if you are not to fussy and well suited to it's price range.
